1. Before installing the print head, first make sure that the digital garment printing machine is operating normally, the ground wire of the machine is well connected, the voltage on the trolley board is normal, and the voltage supplied by the print head is normal. The easiest way is to use a multimeter to measure whether there is static electricity on the machine, the voltage of the trolley board, and the power supply voltage of the nozzle, and then disconnect the nozzle.

2. Pick up the new nozzle, first uncover the vent seal (that is, the label or sticker attached to the nozzle), pour 70~80 water or alcohol, and soak!

3. Then put the nozzle of the nozzle down on the paper towel and drip the ink for about 2 to 5 minutes, until the ink completely penetrates the paper towel, then connect the nozzle with the ink needle, and slowly suck up the nozzle with the ink absorber.
