Printing method of digital direct jet printing machine

Digital Direct Printing MachineCotton and disperse dyes do not have conditions for combining, so specific pretreatment must be carried out before transfer printing to make cotton have the conditions to accept gaseous disperse dyes. According to research at home and abroad, there are roughly four methods:

1. Connect dye receptors to cotton fibers. Take hydroxymethacrylic glue as an example, it can be combined with cellulose fibers and dyes. This pretreatment method is to embed the aqueous hydroxymethacrylate amine solution, and then dry it below 100°C for use.

2. Expanded cellulose, polyethylene H alcohol is commonly used.

3.T-shirt printerPolymerize a thin layer of polymer on the surface of the fabric. In this method, the surface of the cellulose fiber fabric is covered with a layer of material, and polyester, polyurethane, and polystyrene are commonly used for printing purposes.

4. The cellulose fiber is grafted and denatured. Commonly used are acetic acid, benzoic acid, cyanoethylation grafting denaturation treatment. Among them, the effect of benzoic acid modification treatment is close to that of polyester, especially in terms of fastness to washing.

There are several ways to transfer patterns on T-shirts:

(1) Transfer ink plus ordinary inkjet paper, suitable for semi-cotton and light-colored T-shirts.

(2) Ordinary ink and transfer paper (dark and light) are used to print light and dark T-shirts respectively, and there are no restrictions on the material of the fabric.

(3)Digital printing equipmentTransfer ink plus ordinary inkjet paper, used to print coated T-shirts, suitable for pure cotton T-shirts.
