The nozzle replacement of the digital garment printing machine is actually not particularly complicated. It only requires a few simple steps, as follows:

1. Before installing the print head, first make sure that the digital garment printing machine is operating normally, the ground wire of the machine is well connected, the voltage on the trolley board is normal, and the voltage supplied by the print head is normal.

2. The simple method is to use a multimeter to measure whether there is static electricity on the machine, the voltage of the trolley plate and the power supply voltage of the nozzle, and then disconnect the power supply of the nozzle.

3. Pick up a new nozzle, first open the air hole seal (that is, the label or sticker attached to the nozzle hole), pour in 70~80% water or alcohol, and soak!

4. Put the nozzle of the nozzle down on the paper towel and drip ink for about 2-5 minutes, until the ink completely penetrates the paper towel, then connect the nozzle with the ink needle, slowly suck in the air in the pipeline, and place the ink suction device upward On the nozzle contact, then rotate the nozzle 180 degrees,
