Daily maintenance items

1.Is the waste ink tank full

Digital printing machines need ink for printing, and waste ink will also appear during the printing process. At this time, the waste ink cartridges must be cleaned up in time.

2.Is there air in the ink cartridge inlet tube

This must be paid attention to. If air enters, it will cause the ink to agglomerate and cause the ink to be uneven. Please clean the ink tube of the ink cartridge at this time.

3.Ink inlet tube

Be sure to check whether the print head is in good condition before production. If the print head is sporadicly broken, please clean it, otherwise the printed product will be almost all waste.

Check maintenance items every two weeks

1.Oiling the belt

It is recommended to put some grease on the belt. At the belt positions at both ends of the printer, grease can be used to pass through the belt to transfer it to the running-in position of the gear and the belt.

2.Ink stack cleaning

First move the trolley out of the ink stack, and then turn on the test function of the ink pump. At this time, slowly pour the prepared water into the ink stack for cleaning.

If there is a relatively dirty ink stack, you can use a wiper to clean it, or use a wet wipe or a white cloth dipped in clean water and wipe it.

1.Raster cleaning

Under normal circumstances, the grating is checked and cleaned every three months. When cleaning, you can use a white cloth dipped in alcohol and wipe it before cleaning. And if the environment is poor, it is recommended to clean up once a month or even less.

Annual inspection items

1.Power check

This is to check whether the power cord and socket are aging. If they are aging, they must be replaced in time.
