1. Most of the above failures are caused by the foaming of the ink in the ink cartridge. After using the continuous ink supply system for half a year, the accumulation of a small amount of tiny air bubbles in the ink and a small amount of air bubbles entering the print cartridge from the nozzle of the digital printing machine,Garment printing machineWill gradually foam the ink. If this kind of problem occurs, it can be solved by removing these bubbles and replacing them with normal ink.

2. After the printing ink cart returns to its position, the printer will perform natural cleaning once, please perform a nozzle check to print the test line.

3. You can repeat cleaning and printing the test line 3 times until the test line is completely normal. Then print the four-color or six-color color block test chart. The color block test chart must be printed 3-5 sheets continuously, and observe whether the printer works normally. If the printing is abnormal, repeat the above steps.
