1. The color mixing method is unscientific: the traditional printing of pure cotton direct-injection machine uses color blocks to adjust the color color by color, and digital printing uses the principle of four-color color mixing, so color adjustment can only be performed on the computer. At present, most digital colorists use photoshop software for color correction. The color correction of photoshop software is mainly for ink and paper in the printing industry, and its parameters are not scientific enough for textiles. In addition, the colorists completely rely on personal experience to perform color correction, which is completely incompatible with the advanced equipment of the pure cotton direct jet machine.

2. Poor color reproducibility: There are two main reasons for poor reproducibility: on the one hand, it is determined by the principle of quarter-colors. The principle of color mixing of quarter-colors is mixed in space by the reflected light of cyan, magenta, and yellow. A secondary or tertiary color is formed. Therefore, as long as any one of the three colors of cyan, magenta, and yellow changes, the mixed color will change greatly.

3. The color vividness is not high enough: if the color of the T-shirt direct-injection machine is mainly three-color cyan, coffee, dark green, etc., that is to say, one color needs three of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black Or four inks mixed together. Then, the vividness of the color of the T-shirt direct printing machine will become worse. This is because the three colors of cyan, magenta, and yellow will produce a certain gray scale when mixed.

Most of the printing colors of the T-shirt direct printing machine are three colors, which require three or four inks of cyan, magenta, yellow and black to be mixed together, which will produce a certain gray level. The vividness is not good enough.

In addition to the poor color vividness caused by color mixing, the use of reactive dyes for digital printing will also cause the color vividness to deteriorate. The reasons are as follows: water absorption of slurry; water absorption of fabrics and dyes; three primary colors The dye shade is not standard; the black ink problem of the reactive dye of the T-shirt direct-injection machine.

4. The ink droplet size of the digital t-shirt printing machine cannot be adjusted according to the pattern: Many of the digital printing machines on the market can adjust the ink droplet size. But this adjustment is entirely the overall ink drop adjustment, that is, when adjusting the ink droplet printing at 5pl, all nozzles can be supplied at 5pl; when adjusting the ink droplet printing at 50pl, the ink drop size of all nozzles is all 50pl.

The digital t-shirt printing machine cannot automatically change the inkjet volume according to the different parts of the block surface and the line according to the different patterns of the pattern. In this way, the difference of different parts of the pattern cannot be satisfied, and it will greatly reduce the beauty of the pattern.

5. The sizing system is not perfect: mainly the sizing equipment and auxiliaries must fully meet the needs of digital printing. However, there is no good dedicated digital t-shirt printing machine equipment in terms of sizing uniformity, weft skew control, speed, and on-demand sizing; the additives are also lacking in personalization.
