One, the maintenance of the nozzle

1. Do not install and disassemble the digital printing circuit at will without turning off the power switch and cutting off the main power supply;

2. Pay attention to the strength of your hands when replacing and fine-tuning the nozzle, and don't use brute force to break;

3. Clean the nozzle regularly;

4. New ink sacs should be replaced regularly, like Taito's 8-head machine, which is replaced every 3 months;

5. Do not mix two different inks during printing;

6. After the nozzle is disassembled, it should be cleaned up and placed in a special box to avoid dust and dirt from polluting it;

7. Don't use poor quality media, if the media is too poor, it will easily damage the print head;

8. Before finishing the work, make a test strip and ensure that all the nozzles are inkjet normally, as a daily operation.
